Md. Mamun Ul Mannan is a member of 24th batch of Bangladesh Civil Service (Audit and Accounts). Prior to starting his assignment as CAFO, Pension & Fund Management in December 2021, he worked as Additional CGA (Accounts). As Additional CGA (Accounts), he contributed in streamlining government payment instruments and phasing out payment method remaining outside iBAS system. He also worked in Foreign Aided Project Audit Directorate (FAPAD) and Bangladesh Railway. Apart from the government system, he worked in Deloitte Japan as Senior Consultant.
Mamun Ul Mannan accomplished his professional accountancy qualification from CIPFA UK. He got his master’s degree in Public Policy and Management from the University of Melbourne under AusAid Scholarship programme. At undergraduate level he studied Urban Planning in Khulna University.
